As far as I know you can use any of the subroutines that are in the global library.
These are only accessible to a user who has the ability to edit KCML code.
Sorry I don't have access but I have seen the global library and it is extensive.

Using report generator change output type to M and you should be able to send an email.
Then run the report through Timed operations
